I would highly recommend Gail. We needed a realtor quickly to help us make a bid on home with multiple offers, all while we were traveling in Europe. Gail was recommended to us by friends and she did not let us down. Although we were not the high bidder, Gail jumped in and quickly accumulated everything we needed. She visited the property on short notice, prepared a market analysis and even contacted property managers to get rental estimates. Her quick turn -around kept us in the game. She got up early in the morning to prepare and send documents to sign.
Gail’s advice reflects her years of experience. It was very helpful and geared toward me making the right decision, not just making a sale. If I decide to pursue another property in Central Oregon, I will work with Gail again. She is on my list of trusted business advisors!
Gail’s knowledge of the market was most impressive, as was her organizational skills in helping me methodically eliminate properties that would not suit my needs. Her experience as a property manager and knowledge of building practices gave her a unique insight into what was a manageable remodel project, as opposed to a hopeless black hole that would fail to be a good investment.
It had been many years since we had seen each other, and Gail took the time to familiarize herself with my needs, my skill level (for remodel) and my goals in purchasing a home.
The individual that I purchased my house from has to be one of the most obnoxious, unprofessional people that I’ve had the displeasure to encounter, yet Gail managed to handle him quite well. She is an excellent communicator and headed off several confrontations quite diplomatically and managed to negotiate all of the transaction details without me having to deal directly with the seller. Anytime that I had to deal with the seller, the county inspectors, or the title company, I asked Gail to handle it, as she has a very special, professional demeanor on the phone or in person that simply seems to make people want to help her. This was an incredible asset to me.
When I informed Gail that I was ready to begin thinking about putting my house on the market, she jumped in with both feet and provided me with wonderful ideas on how best to market the property. Her eye for detail is amazing! She gave me ideas on every aspect of the property, from landscaping to “staging” the interior of the house to best display its assets. Through her efforts, I was able to obtain a premium offer for my home and, as with the purchase, the sales/transfer process happened smoothly and professionally.
I truly cannot express what an asset Gail has been to me. I would recommend her to anyone, as a realtor or as someone who could manage property in a way that would always be to the owner’s advantage.

I received your hard copy Comparative market Analysis yesterday. Very impressive, very well organized, and easy to follow. It helped me understand how you arrived to what we should list our lot at, after reviewing the Active, Sold, Pending, etc. sections. The marketing section makes sense too. I have never received such a complete analysis from all my years dealing with Real Estate Brokers – thank you!
